This takes an extraordinary person. We do our due diligence - which means you can feel confident and comfortable about who’s caring for you or your loved one.

We believe our caregivers represent the best in class. We like to say that we provide in-home care beyond compare! Our caregivers are trained, bonded and insured. They are our employees so we take care of all the scheduling, payroll and taxes. We have the general liability and workers compensation insurances. We conduct thorough screening and background checks so you can feel comfortable, confident and secure about welcoming our caregivers into your home. Our caregivers are employees of Labor of Love. They are not independent contractors. Some agencies are able to charge lower rates because their caregivers are independent contractors, which may involve severe liability and financial risk to the client and family.
